I had a really awesome experience with Gaven he is the best therapist! I feel like I run out of stuff to talk about during therapy sessions. Am I getting closer to graduating from my therapy session and can I still be able to do group!? Can I graduate in December from therapy session?

I do have a really nice Therapist like Tiara she is super cool and nice.i do attend the day treatment group !The only stuff that I put inside of my gym bag are my journal ,pens for writing personal prompts, chapstick and my toothbrush brush and toothpaste for brushing my teeth and my braces after lunch.i also have my wallet and Advil for pain relief,my tenna shoes working out a at the gym !
