I would like to quit therapy after this year! I would like to be done with therapy by December or November! I would like to going to therapy sessions after this year! I am so tired of going thru therapy sessions.I don't want to keep doing therapy sessions! I do have a really nice Therapist like Tiara she is super cool and nice.i do attend the day treatment group !The only stuff that I put inside of my gym bag are my journal ,pens for writing personal prompts, chapstick and my toothbrush brush and toothpaste for brushing my teeth and my braces after lunch.i also have my wallet and Advil for pain relief,my tenna shoes working out a at the gym ! John please understand that don't bring a lot of stuff to day treatment! John needs to learn not to make people stressed out,he made me ... read more
