I chose to go to Northeastern Braces b/c I saw many 5 star reviews, however, I took my daughter to her consultation in July. They told me to call back the following Monday to find out what the cost would be with my insurance plans. My daughter has both primary and secondary coverage. I called the following week and the person said that it "takes a month for insurance to be approved". She said someone would call me. I waited an additional 5 weeks but received no call. We had a wonderful experience at Northeastern Braces. The office is always clean and welcoming, and everyone on the team is so friendly, helpful, and professional. They made every visit a positive experience, and we always felt well taken care of. We couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this practice!
