Clean and bright. Equipment in great repair. Staff friendly and helpful.
Very clean facility, and the staff is awesome! I love that I can add variety to my workouts by attending various classes, use the pool or use all the equipment in the gym! It's also convenient that I have access to several YMCA facilities throughout the U.S. for when I travel at no extra charge!
I work in Madison at a hospital, we are Y members at HOTV in Kimberly but the staff here were very helpful in getting me signed in as an away member!! Always smiling & friendly!!!
They have an awesome indoor splash pad; It's great year round!
