DO NOT go to this clinic. You will be treated in a condescending & rude way by their entire staff, from the receptionist to the owner / Dr Wen. They also over-bill for unauthorized charges, but do so automatically, so you have to dispute the charges after the fact which is much more difficult to do. I cannot emphasize enough - STAY AWAY from this practice.
I discontinued services as I felt the communication was lacking and didn’t feel the provider really cared. I have had better experiences elsewhere and wouldn’t recommend this office.
Northeast Wellness is a great group. I have been with the clinic since the beginning of the year and they have been absolutely amazing and helpful.
Very thankful Dr. Wen did telehealth when I was sick for a while. I've been going here for years now,and really like everyone, Dr. Wen is always kind and polite. The office workers are super nice. Everyone here is so nice. Very happy with my therapist too. S C.
