Had an appointment booked for my son for two weeks. Drove 35 minutes and we were 2 miles away from the office when they called to tell me that she was unwilling to see him as a patient. No reason. They tried to tell me at first that they didn’t have the referral which was ridiculous because they were the ones that called me to book the appointment. What an absolute disappointment. I gave several chances and unfortunately had a very unprofessional experience overall. Heather Evans was rude and did not seem to listen to my concerns. Dr. Wen spent more time focused on the computer than speaking with me directly, and I felt heavily over-medicated without proper explanation of the medications or potential risks. When I contacted the office because something felt wrong, I was given another appointment, but my concerns were again dismissed and no meaningful medication review or adjustment was made.
