Northeast Wellness Clinic is an amazing and supportive place for not only patient with mental health disorders, it's also really valuable their treatment in therapy and how Dr. Wen work with the patient to understand the situation a give the best clinical approach. I received excellent care from Dr. Wen for about a year. However, since I moved away, his office has continuously harassed and threatened me over a “balance due” that I paid several weeks ago. I received a payment confirmation email from their system, and I have confirmed with my HSA that the funds were withdrawn and sent, and confirmed with my insurance regarding the amount.
