Ok Saturday Tasha Hawkins took the girls cat to the vet Northeast Veterinary Clinic due to vomiting and diarrhea. While at the vet they suggested the cat be tested for heart worms, leukemia and performed these test and then stated the cat needed an X-ray🤷🏽‍♀️. $458.00 later the cat went home with heart worm medication and antibiotics for an infection that they didn’t know was. On Tuesday, the cat declined and Tasha called so she could bring him in and was told that they were about to close and to take him somewhere else. O... read more

This place is a scam. I took my dog here a couple weeks ago for a ear infection I was charged 125. 00 for that visit then I had to bring her back because the meds didn't work. But I was told it would cost another 128.00 this time for the same dam swab again and to pluck hair out her ears and put some other medicine in for 2 weeks. I asked her did she think this medicine would work and she says I hope so. But it make take 2 rounds before it would work. I've had my dog for almost 13 yrs and she's always gotten this yearly infe... read more

You all can begin by offering appointments. In this heat it is opressive and stressful to sit in a hot car with a sick dog trying to get through to you on the phone. I know your doctors are some of the best, but after 40 years of great service, this new business model of yours is very off putting and not at all customer centered. As a senior citizen trying to get my beloved pet the services she needs, puts my own health very much at risk. I have no choice but to find another clinic. I am very sorry. Why can you not offer app... read more

I’m really disappointed with the staff, especially Carlos. This past Saturday I called to see if my dog could be examined, I was told that the clinic was at capacity and I had to be on a waiting list. This was at 10:30 am when I was told that I had to wait until 1 pm but was first on the list. Totally understandable I accepted showed up to the clinic at 1:30 pm called in to check in and was told to wait another 30 minutes so I waited another hour that’s when I called again and Carlos checked me in and said we’re off the wait... read more
