To start off Dr. Hales nurse is terrible. You make a request and it doesn't go to Dr. Hale she writes up an answer. If you disagree with her she gets upset. You can't call the northeast clinic as it all goes to Phoenix main switchboard. There you get put on hold for about an hour or it hangs up on you. Needed/Wanted a body test and was refused by Dr. Hale nurse. Have cataracts and need them removed but again Dr Hales nurse gave mè a bad time about using an independent to het an eye check. I get that the VA is woefully incompetent, but they are unhelpful and incompetent. The doctor bascially blamed all my medical issues on "old age" as she said....I'm 38. The receptionist is basically useless, she cant check you in, make appointments, or call any other clinics for you, so just dont bother asking her for anything.

VA North East Clinic in Scottsdale is excellent, make your appointment and follow the rules, use myhealthyvet for questions, appointments etc.
Best Doctor and team. Doctor is very knowledgeable and interested in my health.
