I would give a 0 if possible. A medical office run by the admins where you can't get a prescription called in for antibiotics even when the CT they ordered showed infection. The rudest staff I have ever encountered anywhere. If you value your health, go somewhere else.

What a JOKE of an office. My family doctor put me in to be seen by this “specialist” in January…they scheduled me 8 weeks out (April 10) before they could even see a new patient. I called multiple times begging to be seen earlier, as I was having MAJOR breathing problems, with no luck. Then ONE WEEK before my scheduled appointment on April 10, they called to reschedule me for FIVE WEEKS LATER to May 15th! I've been using this doctor for the past 11 years up until 2023 when I to the office to request a refill for breathing medication. I was refused but offered to set an appointment. I agreed to set the appointment but I also emphasized that I needed medication that day the office workers were very belligerent and would not order the medication which was already paid for in full but wanted me to get a prescription that I had to pay for and did not have the money to pay at that time they acted like a group of vigilantes; I didn'... read more
