Dr. Gibbons is wonderful, however my sleep study authorization was denied and I've had to chase them since August(it's now March) for an appeal. They gave me the runaround saying they're working on it, but no appeal was submitted to insurance.
I've been a patient for over 15 years. I get allergy shot vials every month. I wouldn't be able to breathe, or be outside.. ever!, if it wasn't for these wonderful doctors and their fantastic Staff! I've had 3 surgeries and they have always helped improve my sinuses. I have severe/chronic sinusitis, am allergic to over 50 things in nature... including cattle, horses, dogs and cats.. not great when you raise cattle and own all of the above.. Wow! I’ve got major issues with allergies, sinusitis, nasal polyps and complications from them. I moved to Paris and called for a new patient appointment. They got me in quick! The staff was all very friendly and Dr. Erickson was very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this practice!
Absolutely 5 star, all the way from the front desk, the Dr, and check out. Couldn't get this level of efficiency and pleasant staff in DFW. Thank you for your care !!
