I had an appointment this morning. I showed up at 9:00 in the cold, waiting to be let in with another elderly gentleman. Neither if us received a call, voicemail, text, email, or notification in MyChart that the facility would be closed today. What I did receive were automated texts over the last few days asking me to confirm my appointment, which I did. I also received another notification yesterday to check in for my upcoming appointment through MyChart. Which I did. I took off work and drove on the icy roads this morning ... read more
