My grandmother had several leaks in the house that she reported to them but they never fixed them thus resulting in mold growing and when we reported this, they decided she had to leave to fix it and would not allow her back. Also had sewer problems constantly and rats digging under both apartments. Neighbors had same issue.
I am familiar with this company's reputation.
Rented house in Elizabethton thru them. First was good, however, the home owner decided to sell. It put us in a very difficult situation at the time. The housing market exploded and made it extremely hard and aggravating to find a "home" and move. But, we managed and in my opinion, ended up in a nicer home.
