First thing i noticed was they actually showed up on time to look at the job. Explained everything clear about what the stucco needed. the work was steady over a few days and they kept things tidy. final result looks great,wall is smooth and the paint color is exactly what we wanted.solid people to deal with start to finish.
the stucco around our windows was cracking bad and letting in a draft you could feel in winter. found these guys after asking around Skokie for someone reliable. they came out and cut out the bad sections, put new stucco in and painted it so it all matches now. the drafts are gone and the surface looks even the whole way across. took them a couple days and they worked steady the whole time. no more worrying about water getting behind it. really glad we finally got this dealt with instead of patching it ourselves again
Pretty happy with stucco work on our front facade. The estimator was patient with any questions and the crew kept the worksite tidy each day. Paint finish came out even and the color we picked looks great against the brick trim. Took about two weeks from start to finish.
had water getting in behind the stucco near a window and the previous patch jobs werent holding. these guys traced where the actual leak was coming from, redid the flashing area and put new stucco over it. been through a couple heavy rains since and the inside wall stays dry
