I have been going to Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine for several years — first for my hips before my hip replacement surgery, then after surgery for recovery, and now for ongoing back and hip issues. As a person with numerous health issues, it is scary to find a place that you trust. Andrea and her team squashed my fears immediately. They took time to listen, explained every exercise in a way that made sense, and pushed me just enough without going overboard.
