Worst receptionist to deal with, they scheduled my appointment, put my number and information wrong in their system, so I never got the confirmation of date and time of my appointment. Upon calling back to find out, they then told me I missed my appointment and have to charge me a no show fee, when they made the mistake. The receptionist was rude and she said that’s fine, I still have to pay and if I don’t want to come I don’t have to come. Dr Dugar is my mothers rheumatologist. Her bedside manners are great and she is really empathetic towards the patient. She is comprehensive when it comes to asking about my mothers heath issues, making sure we are following up with other specialists to take care of all her ailments. I appreciate her kind and gentle demeanor.
