Photos 8 hours and 27 hours after storm ended. No effort to remove snow, or salt to prevent ice. I walk my dog 4-5 times a day and this is treacherous. My neighbor broke her wrist on the ice, I have no idea how many more injuries have occurred. The parking lots are ice rinks, just full black ice instead of visible ice. Unsafe conditions, unacceptable.

Staff is always friendly and helpful when I step into the office.
