Went to view an apartment yesterday in Fitchburg. The agent Rafael was awesome and professional. Very easy to communicate with. He explained the process Very well. The apartment was cute.
I rented an apartment here and would not recommend it to anyone. The management and owners show little to no concern for tenant safety or addressing any issues that arise. I ended up leaving within just a few months due to how poorly the place was run.
I feel very comfortable and content in my studio, I am very grateful for the maintenance team, as well as the owner Felicio who prioritizes everything. Vanessa was the one who showed me the property and I dealt with to move in, yes, there was ups and downs in regards to stuff in here needing to be done, she did coordinate with Kayla and the maintenance and made it happen.
