I rented an apartment here and would not recommend it to anyone. The management and owners show little to no concern for tenant safety or addressing any issues that arise. I ended up leaving within just a few months due to how poorly the place was run.
I feel very comfortable and content in my studio, I am very grateful for the maintenance team, as well as the owner Felicio who prioritizes everything. Vanessa was the one who showed me the property and I dealt with to move in, yes, there was ups and downs in regards to stuff in here needing to be done, she did coordinate with Kayla and the maintenance and made it happen. Bad living conditions and is a nightmare from hell smh
all of there apartments are not suitable for living conditions they either have roaches or mice or bedbugs charge high in rent & overcharge you I got an eviction on my record because they messed up didn’t fill out raft in time so they can get paid first & last then they finally got paid but I’m stuck with an eviction on my record when I never got evicted They put in new door 🚪 which made the apartment more colder 🥶 causing me to use more heat now my electric bill higher cause they did not weatherproof door correctly
