I’ve lived here going on 3 years and I love my apartment and my property manager Rachael is the best and always works with me and we figure things out together if needed. Definitely recommend anyone to go through this property management for an apartment.
My Property Manager Rachael is amazing. Since she became my property manager she has ensured that any and every issue was dealt with accordingly. She genuinely cares about the tenants and the property she is responsible for. Her communication with us is great. Always attentive and understanding. She definitely is an asset to the company. Bravo!
I am a current resident at 72 West St. This property management is the worst I’ve ever seen. They never pick up the phone when you need help and when they do pick up the phone they tell you whatever you want to hear to get you off the phone. I moved in March 2025 and have been going back and forth with them for access to a mailbox that I STILL don’t have. They keep saying they’ll send help and never do.
