I am a client. I lost my first aid and they had me a new one within a couple of days. They’re very professional. I was impressed by how quick I had my new aid. The new one is so good. I can’t complain about anything.
This company is the most unorganized, inconsiderate and unreliable home healthcare company I have ever come across. I spent 37 years in healthcare as a Nurse Manager and Educator. I’ve worked for 2 home care companies and now that I’m in need of these services myself, I tried Northeast. After having their skilled services, which were great, I thought I’d get my aide through their unskilled services which provide Home Health Aides. Mistake. These morons sent me a statement that had the math wrong and then tried to justify it over the phone. What legitimate establishment sends out a bill with the wrong amount to pay written on it?! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
