Very VERY disappointed with this clinic. I had great experiences with the Nurse Practitioner. She was professional and had provided guidance on my labs, etc. However, I came to this clinic to get clearance for a surgery that required an abdominal MRI. The results arrived quickly. After a week of not hearing from DDC , I called inquiring on the results. I was told multiple times I would “receive a call” didn’t happen. Great customer service from all the staff ! Everyone was very informative and answered all my questions. DR Preeta Mehta is on it ! Very nice, attentive and knowledgeable. I got my blood work done right then and there, sent me out for a cat scan. Which she called me right away to discuss my results. I like that I was able to have the option to get right into finding out what’s going on and finding the best solution. I would definitely recommend going to her.
I was scheduled to come in just to review bloodwork. something that’s never required an in-person visit before. I waited over 50 minutes after vitals with no update, in an empty office. When I went to the front desk to ask, I was ignored. This is a private office, not a clinic, and the lack of respect for my time is unacceptable. It feels like I was brought in just so they could bill my insurance. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
Dr. Raza is fantastic! She is friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. She explains her impression and differential diagnosis as well as her rationale for testing clearly and is great at answering questions and providing reassurance. I will absolutely recommend her to my family and friends who are looking for a Primary Care Physician.
