Doctor Sharda is nice. The ladies at the front desk need to work on their patient care skills. Medicine is a noble profession, and medical offices are not back alley drug shops. I called to make an appointment, very ill with congestion and no voice. Before she even looked for time to book me, the receptionist who took my call firmly tells me that I need to pay the $50 cancellation fee for a missed appointment the moment I arrive.
