Have you ever heard about Philadelphia Noise Ordinance?? I guess no one cares about that when it comes to make more profit. The airport located at residential area at 19114 and right next to 19154, 19116 zip codes. With about 150,000 residents. At your airport located 5-6 flight schools I guess. Some of the schools open 24/7 , some open at 6 AM I understand that school wants to be more competitive ,convenient for students and make extra profit.
