From 5-stars to 1-star: Loved Dr. Bhumi since 2009; loved Dr. Singer since we met her. Cannot tolerate the Pediatric Associates borg that has assimilated this practice. Pediatricians, if you wish to squander the good will of your patients and their parents, sell your business to Pediatric Associates. They’ll make sure to send cryptic bills and direct payors to a website with contradictory statements like “Amount Due: $12.15” and “No amount due at this time”. Which one is it? I would not recommend this doctors office. Dr Bhumi is no longer a part of the office. We had several different doctors through out the first year of our daughter’s life. We finally were able to see a consistent doctor with Dr. Singer and we were relatively happy with that. However, they charged us a $150 holiday fee for scheduling a sick visit on 6/19 which was not disclosed to us until 6 months after the fact.
