I love most of the physicians at this office, and am happy to have them involved in my children's care. However, lately it has been a a significant struggle with this office. They have horrible customer service toward patients and family, especially with ongoing family situations. One of the worst places I’ve ever been
TL;DR: This would be a 5 star review without the silly one-parent covid restrictions. I understand that most if not all healthcare facilities in Ithaca still require parents to wear a mask. What is not easy to understand is why my wife and I had to decide which of one us would be allowed in attendance of the appointment (they do allow you to video call during the appointment).
