I’ve been taking my daughters to the schertz location for many years seeing Dawn Dabbs the nurse practitioner because she’s pretty nice. I called to make an appointment for my daughter who’s been sick, at the stone oak location, since we live on this side of town now. I was hesitant since I’m the past I’ve had bad experiences with some pediatricians and I’m glad I got over my fear because Dr. Amanda Reyburn was really nice, listened to my concerns and got us in and out pretty quickly. Dr. Howelton and her staff not only refuses to return calls, but also refuses to give results to tests in a timely manner. Also, Dr. Howelton does not spend time explaining what needs to be done as your kids grow, even when you have premature children. Also she refuses to explain the issues with you about your children's illnesses just writes a prescription and walks out of the room before you can ask questions. Extremely rude and disrespectful every visit. If i could give less than one star i would.
