The front help is very bad not organized at all.
Not at all happy with the service here. Waited both times I went for over 2 and a half hours for the Doctor to come in for maybe 5 minutes. There is no need to make people wait so long with the technology these days. Tried to contact a billing supervisor and/or office manager regarding bills numerous times without any returned call. Once I did finally get someone they were not helpful or concerned about my complaints at all. I will not return here for care and do not recommend for anyone.
The staff was rude, the girl up front seemed to have no clue or understand my husbands military ID is his insurance card. We waited nearly 4 hours to see Dr. Ryan, 2 x-rays then waited another 30 minutes before he came in the room. He was in the room less than 5 minutes, said my husband needed an MRI which they never Schedule.. Never going back to this poor excuse of a doctor.
