No one is answering their phones and nobody is returning their messages
Been a client for years however for the past few years it has become extremely difficult to get someone to answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message (which they request after not answering). Very disappointing. As a followup, I never received a phone call as the company's response to my post promised.
Never had more problems with a company in my life.
I have been a loyal customer of this propane company for 17 years, but unfortunately, their service has gone completely downhill. A couple of months ago, I had to spend nearly 30 minutes on the phone just to request a propane fill-up. The representative was unhelpful, and I had to ask for a manager just to get basic assistance. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have called literally 6 times with no answer or call back after leaving voice messages. The worst part is i have been PRO Actively trying to set up a BUDGET plan nothing!!
