Very quick and kind response, with both knowledge and understanding of the situation to be able to quickly address what needed to happen.
The customer service is amazing. Whenever I call for a delivery or service the customer service team is always prompt, courteous and helpful. They always refer to me by name and make me feel like a valued customer. The delivery is always prompt and the delivery drivers are always respectful of my property.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennie, from UNCAS Gas, today, July 2, 2025. There was confusion in some billing. Jennie quickly researched the accounts, found the problem and explained what she was doing to rectify the the errors. Jennie was a pleasure to work with. Jim B
These people delivered me propane e 2x without me requesting and charged my card. They did give me my money back but then said they were coming to take the tanks if I didn't pay for their mistake. They are crooks don't use them. The women who answer the phone are great but that manager needs to learn how to be a customer service representative!!
Spoke with Susan Manish . She was excellent with helping me with all my questions and concerns dealing with the estate of my relative. Oh, she was kind too.
