We have been on auto delivery, now at less than 10% we called a week ago to find out when they would be out. The answer on Monday was by the end of the week (Friday) on Friday we notice still no fill up. We call after work and get the answering service that tells us there is a note on our account that they came Tuesday and couldn’t access the tank due to snow. I purchased a home that was already contracted with this company and I am new to the area so I decided to just stick with them. I spent three weeks trying to get a return call to just place my first delivery of propane. When I was finally able to speak with someone to order they said 5-7 days for propane delivery. 10 days came and went, no delivery.
