Jennie was amazing and very helpful
Company is threatening to not deliver to a family, with a minor in the home. The family is making installments on their bill only for the company to tell them "The system just locks the customer out. We can't do anything until your paid in full."
I just want to thank Tiffany for being able to help me with an ongoing billing issue, she went above & beyond to help me . I was quite frustrated & irritated at first but she was professional & resolved the problem with a professional & positive attitude . Thank you Tiffany for finally resolving the issue 😋
