Yesterday, my husband was told by his optometric doctor that a simple laser procedure (YAG) would give my husband a good chance of improved vision years after old cataract surgeries. Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons got him in this morning at 8 due to a last minute cancellation. Every single individual, from the receptionists, to the intake technician Tyler, and to Dr. Jones his opthalmologist, was absolutely phenomenal. Great place and people for all your eyes’ needs.
I love the providers but HATE the scheduling. Plan on being here 2 hours at a minimum! I have never been able to get seen for less than 1 hour AFTER my scheduled appointment. I’m sitting in a room right now an hour past my appointment time. Time to find a new eye surgeon.
