I used NE Ohio Deck Co. a few years back to install a composite deck. They were slightly cheaper than some of the larger companies and promised to deliver more personalized support as well. The work was fast and they cleaned everything. However, I’ve since had damage to the deck which needs repair and after three calls/messages to the company, I’ve gotten no callback. Northeast Ohio Deck Company exceeded our expectations on all levels. We met with Chris, the owner, during the cold winter months of 2022 to plan a spring build, and chose materials, colors, etc. The price was several thousand dollars less than the previous quote we received from a local landscaping company, and included completely tearing down our rotten twenty-eight-year-old wooden deck and replacing it with TimberTech composite decking instead of replacing everything EXCEPT for the underpinnings of the old deck, which the ... read more

Chris & his team at Northeast Ohio Deck Company were top-notch all the way around. If you're looking at another contractor to design, construct, and finish your deck you're looking in the wrong place. Chris looked at the space we had available, and drew the design in front of me in March of this year. He had everything scaled and dimensions drawn and designed. We had an existing pressure-treated deck that was over 20 years old. It had been power-washed every 4 to 5 years and it showed. We wanted to replace the deck and railings with a composite. We called Northeast Ohio Deck Company and 2 other companies to come talk to us about what we could do and to get some pricing. Chris had the best ideas and a few choices of composite to pick from.
