Excellent people doing an often thankless but important job. Jen Thompson worked with us through one of our 7 adoptions and she is one of the main reasons we are foster parents for NOAS today. Jen has a real heart for children and seeing them get the "forever family" that they truly deserve. Kim Stewart, Melanie, Jen and everyone else we have worked with at NOAS are true professionals with "down to earth" compassion.
From the very start of our foster-to-adopt process, the agency was professional and kind. They welcomed us as curious inquirers, committed students and hopeful parents-to-be. Our assigned case worker was helpful, dependable, and knowledgeable. We had our choice of agencies to help us on the journey to adoption, but we decided to go with NOAS, and we're so glad we did!
NOAS is an EXCELLENT avenue to foster or adopt children. The staff members are flexible, friendly, personable, available, and LOVE the kids! Thank you NOAS for all that you do!
