This is the second time have had a scheduled appointment for my mom in who has end stage kidney disease and has trouble walking. We have waited over 1 1/2 hours to see Dr. Roglieri and counting. In the past we have had to walk out and reschedule since I have had other commitments. Today my mother is falling asleep as of 330 pm, for a 2 pm appointment. I would choose another practice if your loved one has difficulty ambulating and you have to bring them without having the entire day free
They are very responsive and took me in right away when i needed an emergency visit. I feel they have my best interests in mind and I am comfortable with the care
Never got past trying to make an appointment. They would only agree to making an appointment if I sent my records. After my records were sent I had to call back because I was promised that an appointment would be made and the office did not call me back. I was told that the computers crashed and I would have to wait a couple more days before I would receive a phone call. On my 4th phone call I was sent to "voice mail" no explanation of who's voice mail... Just "voice mail" I called back a fifth time and was told that doctor ... read more
