Ms. Keisha’s service is AMAZING! She is super friendly & welcoming. She explained the entire electric bill process to me in great detail.
The service is extremely slow and there is no other option but to wait on them to grace us with their presence. I would be ashamed if I worked for them
I live in Thaxton. The power was off for over eight hours Saturday the 7th I believe. It was off yesterday for a couple of hours. Today they are now off for the 2nd time today. 1st time over 2 hours...what's up?
What's crazy is I never said anything on my google rating, nothing on all the Facebook posts or Twitter about the ongoing power outage or my power was out? How would anyone know whay my rating was for unless you got on here and said that? I leave a 1 star review and instead of just letting it sit here with nothing said you have to take time to be passive aggressive and post this? Did the 1 star review really make you that mad? Crazy.
