My parents been with north east since the late 70’s. And I’ve been a member for 1 year. They used to be the best. But this year alone I’ve set the alarm clock and over clock so many times that I don’t bother. I know 3 times a week I come in the clock flashing shock let me know power been off. I can’t say this is the worst cause that’s HSUD and MLGW I’ve had both. Other than the power going off 5 days week. I find customer service great, sparc works great and when it works life is good! The absolute worst! Power goes out at least 1 time a month , rarely do we get updates on progress and if we do it’s typically after resolution.

We lose power it seams like a couple of times a month since the ice storm and It needs to be easier to report and outage than trying to find your account number in the dark . Need option of phone number or address to report the frequent outage .
