They still overcharging my bill, they dont no mercy for the family's. They do this because there is no competition and we dont have other options I'm mad whit this company
They come to your place and do whatever they want to whenever they want too without permission and tear things up and then say oh it was that way when we got there. I hate this place of business
I’ve lived in this area for six years, and unfortunately the customer service experience at the front desk has consistently been disappointing. The staff are often rude and seem to develop an attitude over even the slightest inconvenience. Additionally, I’ve been cold transferred three different times to extension 3141, which goes straight to voicemail each time, making it difficult to get any real assistance.
Our power has been out since 1/25/26 due to our line being severed during the ice storm. My husband reported the outage as soon as our landlord fixed the weather head last week. He’s called NE several times to see about getting someone out there to hook up our power and was told, “We’ll get to you as soon as we can.” Everyone around us has power, and we’ve been forgotten or ignored. Worst power company I’ve ever had to deal with.
