The absolute worst! Power goes out at least 1 time a month , rarely do we get updates on progress and if we do it’s typically after resolution.
We lose power it seams like a couple of times a month since the ice storm and It needs to be easier to report and outage than trying to find your account number in the dark . Need option of phone number or address to report the frequent outage .
I’ve had a great first year as a NE Power customer! I appreciate all that your team does for us. A big thank you for the way you handled the difficult work and long, cold hours during the ice storm.
