Was unfortunately in an accident that totaled my truck and required it to be towed. A few days later I had a chance to go to the yard and get my belongings. The guys were extremely helpful and gave me some great tips on the best way to navigate the whole insurance process.
These gentlemen helped me so much that the insurance company thought I was lying. Someone totalled my car and they made it as easy as possible for me. And advised me on what i should receive from my total loss. Extraordinary work boys! Thank you so much and sorry for the delay in writing the review.
Awful customer service. The driver was awful and ignorant refuse to let me take my belongings.
In December, I was in a car accident that left my car totaled. Police officers at the scene called Northeast Mobility to tow my vehicle and it was one of the biggest blessings, given everything I was going through that day.
