I’ve visited this location for several years and I’ve always received exemplary service from everyone who came in contact with me. Their lab is great. Checkin is slick. I’ve visited many doctors across the country and Europe and I find the service and professionalism at 194 Howard St. to be one of the best I know.
My appointment to finally see a neurosurgeon was cancelled. They claimed they called. I recieved no call, voicemail, or even a text. Seems to be an unprofessional operation at this place.
Dr was very thorough and pleasant to work with.
What a joke; constantly canceling and changing appointments to suit their appointment vacancies not your personal shedule and not returning phone calls. But by all means sign up and make your own decisions from your own experiences. You would actually think they believe how lucky you are to have them and that their time is more important than yours. And how grateful you should be for paying them.
