Doctors here are ignoring the patient’s and mom’s concerns. I took my child on 1/5, my child was diagnosed with pneumonia. We were treated with an antibiotic. 2 weeks later my child had a fever I was told it was a different virus not due to pneumonia. I asked for an X-ray to rule out pneumonia the doc said she was 100% sure it was not pneumonia. round woman at the front can take people 15 minutes early but not 15 minutes late was very rude to a young kid trying to get blood work done right after school
Staff was extremely professional and kind. Doctor who took out my stitches was awesome, and had a great bedside manner. In terms of going to urgent care, this is by far the best experience I've had to date.
