I've used this group for 7 years now. Pre-Covid the experience was mediocre at best and now post-covid, I have yet to be able to be seen IN PERSON. Virtual care only goes so far - it is not the answer to everything nor can it properly treat everything. Not every illness is Covid. Not physically being seen by your PCP in 2.5 years is simply unacceptable.
