I called to ask questions about my girlfriends Ovarian cyst, they sent us home with otc pain meds and my gf couldnt move. She was in too much pain and had a cyst on the CT scan and they just sent her home. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful when we had questions, but the ER visit was one of the worst my wife and I have experienced. Whether it's due to understaffing or other reasons, the wait times here are unacceptable. The waiting room was overflowing with people, and those who have been seen and cleared still waited over an hour to receive discharge paperwork. All this company cares about is the money. They know you have very limited choices when you have urgent medical issues. They could care less about your love ones or you.
N.e. pulmonary can't schudel community correcly . Received approval for visit 3 weeks after I was supppose to go to doctor.
