I bought a new Tohatsu Motor from this Company. Service and email response time were outstanding. Price was Great as well. Stacey the Sales Agent did a great Job. They were very transparent about the issue that they had to add 4% to my Invoice if i choose to pay by Credit Card. I do have a Business as well and i'am aware of the fact that If a costumer pays 1,000$ by credit card, the seller will receive only 950$ to 970%, depends on the contract they have with the Credit Card Company. FRAUD ALERT! Buyer Beware. I represent a charity for disabled veterans that fundraises with Ice Cream Boats. I walked into this business today with all my paperwork and money to buy a new motor. First I was informed that I would still need to pay the installation charge even if I had it privately installed. They can our company debit card which was declined due to the account being new. Great service great people
I’ve been bringing my boat here since I got it. Very nice and knowledgeable associates. Always been fair on pricing with honest work. Today proved why there the best. When to launch my boat to go fishing while on vacation and my steering was locked up. Gave them a call and they said they try to squeeze me in the following day. I dropped off the boat and they called me later on in the day letting me know my boat was ready for pick up. One star lost for each issue. Poor pre sale performance, poor during sale performance, and questionable post sale customer service. Pre sale, emails would often not be promptly returned on their end. I would often have to ask multiple times to get answers. I put up with it because they were a Tohatsu dealer. During the sale, turned out they charge 4% (-$200 ) to use a CC.
