Aptly nick named the Pit of Despair for a reason. If you need supervision, I agree you dont have many choices,, but if you can find another way, save yourself the ordeal of dealing with narcassistic, self absorbed management. Its not worth the trauma of your emotional self worth. Trust me on that!

If you're looking for a career here, I HIGHLY recommend re-evaluating your options and looking elsewhere. In my short 4 month employment, I was treated terribly by management. In my very first month I was in talks with HR about my manager treating my unprofessionally by not allowing me access to the things I needed to do my job. I was expected to complete tasks, but reprimanded when they weren't done to his liking, even when not given what I was needed to complete it how he would have liked it. my experience with NKHS here has been good so far on the clinical end. I really felt listened to and understood by Meghan, she was wonderful to talk to. I have only started my relationship here and will update my review, but so far I've been pleasantly surprised especially after the other reviews and knowing some experiences some have had there. There do seem to be some awesome folks as well!
