Used their "contact Us" on their website with no response. Email the same request a week later and got a response asking to call him. I did and made arrangements to have him call me the following week when he could look at the job which was putting in a new lawn. Told me at the time, he couldn't get to it till late fall. I said that was OK that he could put it on his list to do next spring (2025). Never bothered to call so I emailed again. His response was he was too busy and couldn't do the job. I have been calling for two seasons. I had a meeting set up with the owner. He called and canceled twice. No one will return my calls this season. Highly unprofessional. Good luck getting a return call.
