Not a good experience. Night shift appears to be understaffed or just not working efficiently. 45 mins per truck! Much much slower than at EPIC next door.
6hrs picking up. Worst experience all year. There is free water on the floor by dock 19 though if you're thirsty
Been here many times. Hours 5:30am to 9pm. No overnight parking in yard, but there’s some space for a handful of trucks to park along the lane coming in. Typically get put into a door rather quickly. Few times I had to wait my turn. And loaded within 30-45 minutes. Loads are heavy, so just be aware. Nice people. I appreciate the quickness.
If u have delivery go straight dock 1 checkin office for receiving 1st come 1st serve if u wanna unload fast go early there then u good to go I have 12 clock appointment checkin 8 done 10 cause 1 truck ahead of me if u come late then u can see my last 2 pictures in review
