They’re super rude. The lady with the glasses (I think she has tattoos and or gauges) was so rude and rushed me and my daughter after weighing her. This place is a joke. Every medical place and public health organizations in Abq are a big pathetic joke. Disgusting and poor excuse of workers that work there except for the case workers.
This morning, I had a very bad experience. I forgot to bring all my documents, and the lady I was meeting with was not happy about it. I didn't have time to leave the office, and I could hear how uncomfortable she was with me. I was so nervous because it was the first time experienced this during my pregnancy. I hope the breathing exercises helped you.
The people that work here are very nice. Have been nothing but helpful and supportive since my first appointment. They are not judgmental nor do they make me feel afraid to come here. I really appreciate the support and information they have given me as a first time mom expecting. Thank you!
