Linda and Jamie are some of the best audiologists in the state! I also love how friendly the front desk staff is! I was able to drop off my hearing aid with Megan and pick it up that same day! Great customer service!
The SLP's and Audiologists are wonderful. Unfortunately, courteous office staff is lacking. My child had an evaluation weeks ago and NEH&S never forwarded his records to his ENT as requested. I called to check today and Megan told me how busy she is and she "can't guarantee that she can send them out in time for his appointment tomorrow. And she needs to take a lunch too."
Great place! The people that work for Northeast Hearing and Speech are the best in the business.
