I have had a major operation performed at the Hospital and I can't express how much care and attention I recieved from reception, nurses and all specialists that assisted with the Operation. Extreme thanks to Prue Keith and crew for their work and support.
I originally gave a 3 star because I thought these guys had improved but it was only because of a good experience we had with a visiting doctor who went against their norms and had the courage and humility to think critically. This hospital has put a number of my loved ones' lives at risk through incompetence, neglect and arrogance over a number of years and upon multiple occasions. I would like to say a big thankyou to the emergency staff on Monday 7th...I was in terrible condition with my asthma and due to a fall they quickly worked out through a CT scan I had a fractured rib. They got my asthma under control and when I was discharged they sent me home with the right medication and scripts which I can say have made me feel 100% better than that morning.You are all so appreciated and do a wonderful job so thankyou again.
I’ve recently gave birth to my daughter at North east and I’d like to give a shout out to all the mid-wife’s for the patience and kindness shown during the induction of my labour, to the support shown after finding out I needed to get an emergency caesarean and then the after birth care.
