The worst billing system of any business I have encountered!! After having my credit card on file they continued to send me bills for sessions that had already been charged to my credit card. And this went on for over 6 months after I brought it to their attention. And as of yesterday they still can’t assure me it won’t continue to happen. I didn’t expect to decrease my mental health by going to Northeast Health service. Time for a name change to.
