Front office is rude and not helpful. Originally we were on a wait list for 6-8mo After waiting the 8mo for an appointment I called to see how much further they were behind only to be told we called you months ago(they called the wrong number) and never tried any other form of contact. Very expensive and doesn't offer any kindness when expressing the the situations above. Also office is very old, outdated and smells like urine and dirty old furniture. Had the best experience possible with getting my son evaluated. The ladies at the front desk were all very kind to us, in person and on the phone. Dr. Byrd was as sweet as can be to my son and I. She was also very nice on the phone when she gave me the feedback results of my sons evaluation. I really appreciate that because this process isn’t always easy. Idk what everyone is talking about in these reviews .. the only thing I agree with is it’s dated but they are updating things little by little .. but I spoke mostly to Julia and she was so nice and made sure I knew the cost of everything the day before my appt .. someone who started with a T did my evaluation testing and she was very nice and professional and knew what she was doing and S Byrd decided which test I needed and did my results with me.. she was very nice and made sure i understood everything and listened to me w... read more
