I recently visited Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Urgent Care and was seen by Dr. Jung Kim. He was extremely helpful and provided a level of care that exceeded my expectations. I had come in for a second opinion after visiting another doctor’s office, and Dr. Kim immediately picked up on something the previous provider had missed. Took my son to be seen. The front desk lady was super sweet. The 2 girls who came into the room to see us were not. One of them yelled at my 4 year old, while the other one got frustrated and slammed her clipboard and pen down on the counter. I became uncomfortable quick. Both had awful attitudes and probably shouldn't be working in healthcare. :)
Best urgent care in the area by far. They work extremely quickly but it never feels like anyone is rushing. I take my kids here even though they don't take my insurance; the cost is more than worth the time saved.
Staff is always friendly and super fast!
