this place deserves absolutely stars!! But you have to give at least one star to post. Please NEVER go to Dr. Pancheva!! She is harsh and VERY insensitive. She doesn't listen at all. She should NEVER have been allowed to be in this line of work. I was told that I had to get HER to refer me to another psychiatrist if I wanted to change doctor's. If you're smart and you really want help do NOT go to go to this place.. I am SO disgusted. I only wanted to tell people not to go here but the more I think about it the madder I get.... read more
This place is a JOKE! They never answer the phone. I was referred here and they called me 3 months later and schedule me an appointment 8 months out!! Im glad I already had another psychiatrist.
They may have great doctors but I’ll never know bc you can’t get the referral coordinator the schedule your appointment. Can’t even be bothered to call you back after leaving several messages over the course of two months. To add insult to injury they shredded my original records when I asked for them back so I could schedule somewhere else. I doubt they give good care if they won’t even return a call. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
How many bad reviews is it going to take before something is done about this practice?? Dr. Pancheva is the absolute worst "doctor" I've ever met. She is rude. Disrespectful. Insensitive. She doesnt give a rats ass about any of her patients. Everyone is rude. The Dr appointments are only ten minutes. They only prescribe basics like Lexapro and Prozac. If you want a curated treatment plan do not go here. You will be better off using ZocDoc or CallOnDoc for online treatment services. Spare yourself from going inside here and wasting time.
