I broke my hip and Dr Herzog did a fantastic job putting me back together. The staff is Great
Can't get a return call. Multiple messages left about a form they needed to submit to insurance. Weeks later, nothing. They just completely ignore me. Takes over two weeks to get an appointment, then they basically blow off my appointment and tell me if I keep my scheduled appointment, I will be waiting a very long time. Not very professional.
