Wonderful staff except when it comes to returning phone calls. I wanted steroid shots to help with carpal tunnel, but was refused unless I have a nerve test done. I was told Medicare requires it. Not true. Will find someone else. So sad.
Dr wheeler did a great job on my ankle, I broke it in 3 places right after moving to Georgia, I was in between insurances due to a job change. The staff helped me get financial assistance quickly and got me in for surgery right away. If i could give more than 5 stars I would great team working together, they got me right and back to work in no time
This place is a joke. My grandma just had surgery and she’s suppose to get her pain medicine managed for 3 months by this office. She has been trying for 3 days now trying to get them to send in a refill and their excuse is they’re busy. I get that but surely they can’t be that busy to sit down and send in a prescription refill request. My doctor will have it done within 15 minutes of calling! And it’s been 3 days, surely not that busy.
