The women at the front desk are not welcoming and have a nasty attitude! Complete lack of empathy or understanding. Do better especially if you’re going to hire people to be the first face we see when we walk into the office. This is a very sensitive time in a woman’s life and we don’t need people servicing us that are just plain nasty! From a customer service perspective, I pay way too much in health insurance a month to be treated so poorly!
After years of seeing doctors who never truly listened or helped me find real solutions, discovering Dr. Ward has been an absolute blessing. I had my second baby here in May 2025 and my experience was amazing. From beginning to end. I mainly saw Adrienne, Audrey Lovell, & saw Renee Moss once, they were all amazing. I had serve anxiety during my pregnancy and they all reminded me I was going to be okay.
