Ever since Dr. Carroll left this place has gone down hill. I made an appointment for a shot over a week and half in advance and I got a call an hour before my appointment to tell me they couldn’t do it even though I told the scheduler what the appointment was for. I’m extremely disappointed in this office. Yet again disappointed the schedulers are rude and don’t ask appropriate questions. Northeast Georgia as a whole is subpar medical care at best. I recieved a prescription notification on my phone yesterday but had no idea what they were for. My fiancee got his test results yesterday. I waited...didn't pick up the prescription because I was waiting to hear from my doctor. I didn't recieve any word and am going out of town tomorrow so I need to know what's up with it. I called in and explained the situation. When I had follow up questions, she just got louder saying "A doctor will call you to go over the test results" and repeated it to answer any question i had. Hands down the best doctors and staff there is no one I would trust more with my medical needs. Dr Schutte is the best.
