If I could give this 0 Stars I would. We went in at 3:37am and the girls in the emergency department that was working in triage 1 and 3 were terrible!!! Ugly attitude, constantly eating while seeing patients. I’m so upset we didn’t get there names to report them. But one was Mexican with glasses and short hair. The other was white with blonde hair. After that it was 7:05 and I went up to the short haired girl with glasses to asked how much longer and she just looked away.
Yes they have a shiny new tower and boast a wonderful facility. However I would advise seeking treatment elsewhere for Cancer. The Oncology floor is in the old building built in the 1950’s and the rooms have not changed. I would think Cancer would be priority but to NGMC it is not. The floor staff are wonderful and do the best with what they have but the Hospital Administration seems to have neglected the Oncology Unit. I have Dr.Renfret and Dr.Patel as my Cardiologist. I absolutely love them. Both seem too really care about their patients. They listen to what i have to say and care about my opinion. Thank you Doctors. The nursing staff are great. Everyone took great care of me and they all cared how I was feeling and did everything in there power to keep this grumpy old man happy. I had one nurse in ICU that got a little ahead of herself, where she was not paying attention to what she was doing, but it all worked out with nurse Tea finding... read more

As we sit here I. Er waiting hours for blankets and pillows! Still nothing we keep asking they say ok on the way and never show up just forget about you!
