BEST HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE EVER, BUT NOT FOR WHAT YOU MIGHT THINK...My father-in-law is there right now having undergone heart surgery. My mother-in-law is understanably a little spent and lost her purse at the hospital cafeteria today. She and my husband searcher everywhere they could think of to find it. Trying to help, I called the hospital and was assisted by Jason, the security supervisor on shift. This is quite possibly the most incompetent hospital I have ever been in. My dad was taken here after a car wreck because it was a great trauma center. What a joke!!!! They are quite literally not able to give proper care. Thankfully, we got a Dr in Athens and received great care at Piedmont hospital!

I had a wonderful experience at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Every single healthcare worker I interacted with was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. From the nurses and doctors to the support staff, the level of care was outstanding. Thank you all for everything you do!

Waited 3 hours in the ER to be called into a room. While I waited one of the nurses had to draw my blood and this was the outcome. She barely even got blood from this vein. Honestly that was my only issue. Look at how my arms looks like 5 days after being there. Hurts to the touch too btw. The nurses in the back were incredible though i have no complaints for them what so ever but this one specifically omg!
